We have 4 Singles on offer this week, the Colombian CoE#18 El Porvenir, Colombian Carlos Imbachi, Ethiopian, Beloya 17 all from Seven Seeds and a guest coffee from Market Lane Coffee, Kenya Ndimaini. We cupped them off today from the pour over and loved them all. The Beloya stands out a mile away, so sweet and fragrant. The COE is really smooth with some good chocolate notes and the Kenya has blackberries and even some mint up front. We're really excited about getting a wider variety of singles for our new fandangle-state of the art-hi-tech-designer pour over rack. And thanks to Gus, was taken to the next level in design!
