Dead Man will be opening for nights soon so we had a staff dinner to taste some of the new menu items and wines. Not sure what we are yet.. we'll keep you posted when we have nutted it out. Think rotating wines from Prince Wine Store; Craft beers from Victoria and Overseas: and Slow cooked food.

Panmolle with spicy fennel pork sausages, chargrilled ciabatta and tomato salad





Last month we had a staff demo on each members pour over style. Calum brought in his gas burner as was brought to our attention the biggest problem was loss of heat from transferring boiled water to Hario Kettle. We now have an induction cooktop which we use for each pour over. Boil the water in the Hario  then away you go. Water hits coffee between around 95c
