Todays lunch special was a bit of a treat. Fresh Blue Fin Tuna prepared four different ways, seared, sashimi, tartare & pan fried with spinach. It literally melted in your mouth. Big thanks to the affable Matt. More please!

While I'm still asking a customer what coffee they want and what their name is, Nashy has already made it. He's pretty bloody good like that.
