"Ernesto, or as he likes to be known, Neto, only produced a very small lot of this coffee (180KG in total!). He carefully hand selected perfectly ripe cherries from each of his farms and then naturally processed them by laying them out on African sun beds to dry in the sun, turning them regularly to ensure the coffee dried evenly."
